Conference Dinner and Cruise along the Bosphorus
Participants will have some free time Wednesday afternoon, 28 August 2019. In the evening of that day, we are planning to have the conference dinner on a boat that will cruise along the Bosphorus and allow us to see the beauties of the Istanbul coastline at sunset. The cost of the trip will be announced later and it is not included in the registration fee. As we need the total number of participants beforehand, please e-mail us how many spots you would like to reserve on the trip when you are sending in your registration information. The fee will be collected at the registration desk the first day of the workshop. Please bring musical instruments if you are willing to play on the ride.
